 1. Where are your clothes made?

Our clothes are made of 100% Fleece which is export quality and its 80% cotton and 20% polyester

2. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes we do offer free delivery on all orders. 

3. How can I pay for my order?

There are multiple options such as online payment, COD and bank transfer. 

4. I am having the trouble using the website, what should I do?

  • We would suggest that you use the latest version of your operating system provider when browsing online (Windows or OSX) so it’s worth checking if there are any available updates.

7. What if I don't like the items received?

  • We have a refund and exchange policy please visit that to have more clarity on returns and exchanges.
  • Our quality and customer service team makes sure that your experience with us and our products is exceptional, but for any reason or even without a reason if you would like to return or exchange your order, just contact our support team and our customer service team with your invoice/order ID and they will explain the return/exchange process to you.
